Introduction
VT-CROSS is an open source cognitive radio system developed by students and faculty in the Wireless @ VT group at Virginia Tech. It provides a standard for communication between multiple cogntive radio system components.
VT-CROSS components can be written in a variety of languages, however the reference implementation we provide is primarily implemented in C++.
