All files are handled by root-level autofoo magic. In the top-level directory,
run the following commands to build the system:

$ ./reconf
$ ./configure
$ make

The system can be run in-place.  If you wish to install VTCROSS to your system,
you may do so by issuing (as root) the command:

# make install
